Contribute to the clinic’s business development and expansion strategies while creating business opportunities with external revenue generating sources.

Responsibilities

Generic Accountabilities

  • Increase FSHN sales through business development strategies, specifically through referring physicians program.
  • Identify with the help of Business Development Manager a list of physicians, organizations, and public or private entities who can refer clients/staff to FSHN.
  • Identify and perform visits to referring physicians/ organizations to offer referral/corporate programs or introducing them to FSHN services.
  • Visit and develop sustainable relationships with referring physicians/organizations to increase FSHN revenue and serves as their point of contact in FSHN.
  • Prepare monthly reports to management and referring physicians.
  • Ensure referring physicians, monthly payments are done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure continuous follow up is done with organizations/referring physicians.
  • Collect and compile client feedback in an easily reviewed and clear format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Collect and maintain referral revenue records required to track, review, and modify performance of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required. Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing,
