What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is an integrative and holistic approach to health and overall wellness. Health coaches are wellness professionals who guide clients through their journey to reach their health and wellness goals – be it weight loss, better sleep, energy boost, stress management,  or other similar health-related goals. They create a safe environment where clients can explore and evaluate their health choices and determine the best behavioral and lifestyle changes that they can adopt and sustain for life-long healthy practices.

Using their expertise in nutrition and coaching, health coaches take their clients beyond dietary and food choices; they guide them to discover the ideal overall lifestyle choices that work for them and make them feel their best. Along with food, they also focus on other life areas that can support and nourish overall health, such as career, spirituality, relationships, and environment. We call these ‘Primary Foods.’

What Is the Primary Role of A Health Coach?

The primary and ultimate goal of a health coaches is to help their clients make better and long-term diet/lifestyle choices to become better versions of themselves. They work closely with clients to help them identify their personal health goals and curate individualized and especially-tailored programs that help clients achieve these goals.
