I am a passionate psychologist seeking to help children, teenagers and their families reach their full potential, improve their emotional and mental wellbeing , and live a balanced and a fulfilling life.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kuwait University, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the principles and theories of psychology. I then went on to pursue a master's degree in Applied Psychology from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, where I developed advanced skills in the application of psychological theories and fundamental principles of Clinical, Counselling, Child and Educational Psychology to real-world scenarios.
Prior to my employment at FSHN, I worked in various professional settings including palliative and hospice care settings, educational and early years settings, and mental health practice settings.
My approach is holistic, I blend elements from different modalities (e.g. Behavioral therapy, Cognitive therapy, play therapy) and tailor the treatment according to each client's needs. Additionally, I provide parental guidance to enhance the therapeutic experience.
