Your exercise therapist will design a tailor-made program based on your health and rehabilitation needs and goals . Exercise Therapy programs usually include a combination of specific stretching, strengthening, proprioceptive (balance) and/or aerobic components.
Our exercise therapists can also help you promote your fitness, improve your exercise technique or prepare you for a successful return to the gym after physiotherapy, through our personal training programs. If necessary, your personal trainer will discuss your case with you and your therapist to design a tailor-made training program that works best for your individual needs.
