To assist in the implementation of innovative and creative plans for enhancing the visibility, brand recognition and image of FSHN in the market for increased awareness about FSHN’s products and services.
Work with the clinical heads in outreach initiatives in expanding our network of referrals and facilitating physician referrals, managing corporate client relationships, and expanding our network.
Provide quality health care for patients. Assist patients and their families by administering medication, monitoring the healing process, and helping patients maintain their independence.
To plan, organize, develop, and direct occupational therapy services in accordance with FSHN guidelines to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times.
To provide multi-culturally competent clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of emotional, social, and mental health issues.
To effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information received accurately and efficiently.
To provide and promote a professional, high quality, front line patient focused telephone service to all callers and delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all patients and wherever possible resolving enquiries at first point of contact. Responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments and gather survey data.
