Fajer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned a master’s degree in psychology, with a major in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of Miami, Florida. She then received her clinical training at the University of Miami’s Intensive Behavioral Intervention Services clinic where she was responsible for implementing personalized programs for children, conducting case assessments, assisting with functional analysis, and conducting ABA trainings. In addition to being a BCBA, Fajer is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS), with a particular interest in providing early intervention for children with autism and behavioral problems. Before joining FSHN, she worked at Nova Southeastern University’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, where she provided help and support to children with autism and their families. Fajer can provide services in both Arabic and English.
