After receiving my bachelor’s in Speech and Language Pathology from the Lebanese University in 2018, I completed a master’s in Psychosomatic Support from the same university in 2021. Over the past 3 years, I have worked in various healthcare and educational settings, which has significantly improved my diagnostic and therapeutic skills. I have worked at two inclusion schools where I helped children with special needs overcome their learning difficulties, develop their educational an personal skills, and, therefore improve their academic performance. I have also worked at a dispensary and an NGO where I was actively engaged in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of many SLP-related issues, including speech disorders, speech and oral language delays, communication disorders, learning disabilities, pragmatic disorders, voice disorders, swallowing dysfunctions, as well as neurological disorders (epilepsy, aphasia, Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, etc.).
Building on this excellent clinical experience, I used to run my own private clinic where I help both children and adults navigate a broad range of SLP concerns, and, thus, improve their academic performance, social communication, self-esteem, and overall life quality. I can speak Arabic, English, and French languages.
