The position of Events Coordinator involves planning, organizing, and executing events such as seminars, conferences, and workshops while ensuring clear communication and positive relationships with clinicians, admin staff, and vendors. The Events Coordinator manages negotiations, secures competitive pricing, and oversees vendor relationships while adhering to budget constraints contributing to successful event execution.


  • Collaborate with relevant parties to understand the objectives and themes for various events( fundraising, seminars, hangouts, workshops, etc)
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with legislation, compliance regulations, and the organization's departmental goals..
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of healthcare-focused events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and health awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fundraisers, sponsors, and other organizations(if any) all logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Implement the protocols and standards to maintain compliance and ensure a safe and efficient environment for attendees.
  • Meet with department heads and along with the marketing Manager develop event calendar and budget;
  • Manages events and budgets allocating resources effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing without compromising on the quality of services or products.
  • Lead on-site event operations, managing volunteers, and external service providers to ensure a cohesive and well-coordinated event experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional materials that highlight the value and relevance of each healthcare event.
  • Compile post-event reports, analyzing data and insights to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future events.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field. 
  • 6 years of experience in  proven event coordination
