Job Title: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with FSHN's strategy by prioritizing growth initiatives.
- Develop the department’s annual budget, defining initiatives, objectives, and timelines, and ensure the implementation of the approved budget interviews, etc.
- Develop the annual marketing calendar, ensure implementation, and monitor outcomes.
- Develop marketing plans for new services/improvement of current services and products and ensure plans reflect key FSHN service features and are segment-targeted
- Drive marketing campaigns based on priorities, segmentation, segment potential, brand and service features, etc
- Manage FSHN brand identity across all channels and ensure it is consistent with the strategy.
- Responsible for proper management of FSHN social media accounts and websites.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies and ensure they deliver in line with requirements, specification, and budget
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant degree - MBA is Preferable
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
