Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with FSHN's strategy by prioritizing growth initiatives.
  • Develop the department’s annual budget, defining initiatives, objectives, and timelines, and ensure the implementation of the approved budget interviews, etc.
  • Develop the annual marketing calendar, ensure implementation, and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop marketing plans for new services/improvement of current services and products and ensure plans reflect key FSHN service features and are segment-targeted
  • Drive marketing campaigns based on priorities, segmentation, segment potential, brand and service features, etc
  • Manage FSHN brand identity across all channels and ensure it is consistent with the strategy.
  • Responsible for proper management of FSHN social media accounts and websites.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies and ensure they deliver in line with requirements, specification, and budget

Qualifications:

Education

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant degree - MBA is Preferable

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Location: Kuwait, Sabah Al Salem.
