Work with the clinical heads in outreach initiatives in expanding our network of referrals and facilitating physician referrals, managing corporate client relationships, and expanding our network.
Responsibilities
- Identify with the help of the Operations Manager a list of physicians, organizations, and public or private entities who can refer clients/staff to FSHN.
- Identify and arrange visits for the Clinical and Admin Managers / Directors to refer physicians/ organizations to offer referral/corporate programs &/or introduce them to FSHN services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and other various stakeholders to increase FSHN revenue and serve as their point of contact in FSHN for administrative purposes.
- Handle referral requests and maintain a log sent by various doctors and organizations.
- Follow up on retention rate of referred clients and propose plans to improve the retention rate.
- Identify and establish key business relationships with potential clients
- Work closely with Marketing and operations to ensure the successful implementation of outreach programs.
- Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities shared with the Clinical and Admin Managers / Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or sales Experience in the medical field
